業務
- Must be able to work 9am- 5:30pm in Pacific time zone
- Make Air, Hotel, and car reservations with the best customer services as possible as well as maximizing the company revenue.
- Complete the Passenger Name Records (PNRs) with correct formats.
- Handle the customers in any location.
- Lean and implement commission structures in Domestic & International air tickets.
- Know our preferred vendors (air, hotel, and car).
応募資格
- Full knowledge of GDS (current Smartpoint and the new Travelport Plus).
- Full knowledge of air commission structures and maximize our revenue.
- Basic knowledge of Travel Industries.
- Minimum 3 years travel industry Experience.
