業務
- Consult IT matters and user support including pre-consultation for IT products, end users, and troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Consult with end users regarding support functions and decision making
- Participate in design, testing and deployment of configurations
- Develop training programs and material instructions
- Participate in system engineering project management including design, implementation, product development, testing processes
- Assist in cost management strategies
- Participate in conferences and events
応募資格
- 5+ years of IT User Support Experience is required.
- Japanese bilingual level language level required
- Project supervision experience
- Experience with technical project management
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
