- Process Sales Order
- Prepare and file invoices and shipping documents
- Communicate with clients and other departments
- Work closely with Sales Manager to meet sales targets
- Any support duties as assigned

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Basic knowledge of current accounting systems -Dynamic GP
- Detail-oriented, team player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel
- Japanese language skill preferred
