Assistant Manager

業務

• Plans and directs the Department’s sales and purchasing activities
• Responsible for purchase price in foreign currency
• Plans proper and effective use of the manpower from the service contracted sister firm in Mexico.
• Responsible for implementation and coordinates compliance of all applicable policies
• Participates in the preparation, coordination, and submission of all required monthly reports
• Search for expansions or new opportunities.
• Conducts individual performance evaluation for direct reports
• Other duties as assigned.

応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant general full-time working experience.
• 5+ years experience in sales and food industry preferred.
• Perishable and frozen experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Travel expectations up to 20%.
