Japanese Bilingual IT Manager

業務

• Manage a team of infrastructure and network engineers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose network and infrastructure problems
• Install and configure networking equipment, software, and operating systems
• Ensure network and infrastructure security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls
• Create and maintain network and infrastructure documentation
• Provide training to customers on network and infrastructure solutions
• Any support duties as assigned

応募資格

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Business level of Japanese language (speak, read and write).
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and network support.
• Experience with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for technical support issues as needed.
