Japanese English Bilingual Producer

業務

• Plan and present cohesive strategies for launching and operating online titles.
• Coordinate efforts by Development, Localization, QA, Marketing, and Community teams to execute decided strategies.
• Be aware of the schedule and budget, set correct expectations, and be proactive in communicating issues.
• Establish and communicate KPI targets.
• Create necessary reports.
• Work with all other departments to achieve set KPI targets, before and after launch.
• Lead forecasting, consumer marketing, and A/B testing.
• Communicate with platform account managers to find promotional opportunities.
• Manage and mentor more junior members of the production team.
• Stay on top of new best practices and technologies to keep up with the competition.

• Previous experience in business development or business strategy.
• Able to speak both in English and Japanese.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
