Analyze performance of the business & provide insight into the direction of the market & the company's position in the key product areas of equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM) & M&A. Drive creation of business performance presentations for regional senior management & Tokyo head office. Act as liaison to Tokyo head office to drive dialogue & reporting around cross-border deal activities & build-out of the banking coverage teams. Ensurethat the business & the COO Office maintain compliance with Japanese & US regulations. 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, finance, public policy or a related field. 7 years of experience in the financial industry. Skills reqd: Experience in investment banking; working in a multi-national financial institution; in a business management, strategy, or a planning role; with Japanese firewall regulations, in coordinating & liaising with overseas offices for the purposes of managerial reporting; in IT infrastructure, including but not limited to client relationship management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of ECM, DCM & M&A & global markets & economies. Employer will accept any amount of experience for the above skills.
