Job Description
We are currently seeking a candidate for our clients Technical Support Technician position in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate will have tech savvy experience with knowledge/background in networking/internet protocols including firewall / VPN. Any previous tech support experience is also a plus. This position will require commuting to client’s place of work, so it requires a valid U.S. driver’s license.

  • Minimum Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent of technical school, or two years of technical support experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • Great customer service skills, Japanese language is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge about networking/ internet protocols. Firewall / VPN experience a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License

Job Duties:

  • Supporting clients (via email or going to clients workplace) and helping them resolve any technical issues
  • Setting up network devices, Windows servers, client PCs, and network printers at customer site
  • Performs computer and network analysis, repairs, and maintenance for customers onsite
  • Troubleshoots, explains, shows, and educates customers on different features and functions of computers/network
  • Work with other departments, and document all requests and resolutions
