Pay: $45k - $55k + Performance Bonus (first year) or Sales Commission (second year and later)

Status: Full time + good benefits

Duties

  • Develop new clients mainly through cold calls and other sales activities.
  • Provide solutions by understanding customer applications in Machine Vision or Optics & Photonics related products.
  • Handle sales inquiries and other requests from customers in the assigned territories.
  • Attend trade shows and travel for sales activities.
  • More detailed information will be provided in further process.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering field.
  • Around 1-5 years of hands-on experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or related experience, preferably in Optics and Photonics industry.
  • Ability and willingness to conduct 200-300 cold calls per month.
  • Connections with potential clients in semiconductor, logistics, biomedical, defense, or security industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel domestic & abroad when required*
  • Travel required about 30-50% of your time*
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural environment (Familiarity with Japanese business is a plus.)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
