Job Description

Our client, Japanese Food Trading company, is currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist in their San Francisco location! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in inventory control and distribution. Any experience with 3PL or warehouse is a plus. Strong communication skill and mathematical skill will be needed.

Pay: $60-70K (DOE)

Duties

  • Supervise inventory control specialist for the reconciliation process
  • Generate monthly report to find out any errors in number of inventory and report to management
  • Communicate with local warehouses to avoid any discrepancies
  • Work with warehouse, sales offices and logistics to coordinate physical inventory

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution and warehouse are preferred
  • Experience in working with third party logistics is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, team player
  • Strong communication, mathematical and analytical skills are preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel
