Sales Administrator For a Japanese Manufacturing Company

Our client, a Japanese Manufacturing company is searching for a Sales Assistant to join their operations in their Milpitas/Fremont office. The ideal candidate would have experience working as a Sales Administrator or Assistant and ideally speak Spanish.

· Title: Sales Administrator

· Location: Fremont/Milpitas, CA (San Francisco Bay Area)

· Salary:40-45k DOE

· Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holiday


· A relevant Bachelor's degree preferred

· 1+ years of experience working as a sales assistant or administrator

· Good at multitasking, meeting strict deadlines, and great attention to detail

· Spanish is a plus

Job Duties:

· Preparing and tracking quotations to customers, processing orders received from customer to the HQ, and preparing shipping documents/invoices

· Arrange and manage shipment for international and domestic orders

· Assisting the sales department with any needs

· Miscellaneous administrative tasks
