- Oversees dining room and kitchen food service activities.
- Supervises employees in accordance with operating policies and standards.
- Maintains records of personnel performance and restaurant costs.
- Ensures all health, safety, sanitation and security standards are followed.
- Schedules and supervises employees to ensure proper execution of company standards and a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a management position or minimum of 5 years working in service industry or a Bachelor degree in related fields.
- A profound knowledge of restaurant operations preferably for both front of the house and back of the house operations.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends and holidays.
