Operation Associate / Logistics Coordinator - Mandarin Bilingual

Job Description

We are currently looking for a candidate who has experience in logistics, in communicating with vendors and is interested in pursuing a career in an interior goods manufacturing company.

Position: Operation Associate / Logistics Coordinator at an interior manufacturing

Industry: interior goods manufacturing

Location: Emeryville, CA / San Francisco Bay Area (Temporarily remote)

Languages: Japanese and English a MUST

Pay: $50-60K (Depending on your experience)

Status: Full time + benefits

Duties

• Process incoming orders and enter data into the system
• Prepare product distribution documents
• follow up with accounts daily via email or phones
• Manage shipments of samples to and from

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, trading or manufacturing is preferred
• Mandarin language skill is a huge plus, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
• AA degree or above is required
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented and fast thinker
• Strong analytical skill is preferred
• Interests in design/ interior products industry
