Job Description
We are currently looking for an entry to mid-level candidate who is interested in supply chain/logistics industry.
Position: Operation Assistant / Coordinator

Location:San Rafael, CA / San Francisco Bay Area
Languages: English
Pay: DOE ($22-25/hr) (Depending on your experience)
Status: Full time + benefits (possibly temp to hire)
Duties
- Coordinate shipments through outsourced vendors
- Provide quotes and process orders
- Data entry for purchasing
- Monitor shipments and inspect products
- Create presentation materials for potential clients
- Support packing products and arrange shipments
Qualifications
- Communication skills
- Computer skills
- Customer Service skills
- 1+ years of experience in either logistics, supply chain or customer service is preferred
- Other language skills such as Spanish and Japanese is a big plus
