Job Description

We are currently looking for an entry to mid-level candidate who is interested in supply chain/logistics industry.

Position: Operation Assistant / Coordinator

Industry: Supply Chain

Location:San Rafael, CA / San Francisco Bay Area

Languages: English

Pay: DOE ($22-25/hr) (Depending on your experience)

Status: Full time + benefits (possibly temp to hire)


  • Coordinate shipments through outsourced vendors
  • Provide quotes and process orders
  • Data entry for purchasing
  • Monitor shipments and inspect products
  • Create presentation materials for potential clients
  • Support packing products and arrange shipments


  • Communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • 1+ years of experience in either logistics, supply chain or customer service is preferred
  • Other language skills such as Spanish and Japanese is a big plus
