Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for my client, who is an established International Japanese Manufacturing corporation, to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT area! The ideal candidate will have accounting knowledge as well as an understanding for international business culture.

Position: Office Manager

Pay: $65k - $75k (Depending on your experience)

Status: Full time + Excellent benefits

Duties

  • Handling project cost estimations and preparing monthly financial statement
  • Preparing monthly /quarterly reports and conduct employee meetings
  • Tracking and renewing agreements
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks (manage contractual documents, prepare reports, manage data, etc.)

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of office management experience
  • English reading and writing skills is a must
  • Understanding of Japanese or similar international business culture is a preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
