A global supply chain company is currently seeking for a logistics coordinator / customer service in San Rafael, CA.

Position: Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service

Salary: 45-55k DOE

This is a Temp-Hire position.

Job Responsibilities:

· Customer Service / Handle customers’ inquiries by phone and email

· Coordinate logistics and import/export documentations

· Arrange shipments based on the client request.

· Prepare and process shipping documentation

· Other administrative duties as assigned

· Occasional business trip

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills

· Experience in logistics/supply chain or international environment

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook

· Computer literate

· Spanish language skill is a big plus

· Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter, and dedicated. At least 1-2 years of Customer Service experience and/or logistics coordinator experience is preferred.
