Job Description
We are currently seeking a logistics coordinator / customer service for a global supply chain company in San Rafael, CA.
Position: Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service
Industry: Supply Chain
Location: San Rafael, CA
Languages: English (Spanish is a plus)
Pay: $22/hr - $25/hr (Depending on your experience)
Status: Full time + Benefits
Duties
- Customer Service / Handle customers’ inquiries by phone and email
- Coordinate logistics and import/export documentations
- Arrange shipments based on the client request.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Occasional business trip
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Experience in logistics/supply chain or international environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Computer literate
- Spanish language skill is a big plus
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter, and dedicated. At least 1-2 years of Customer Service experience and/or logistics coordinator experience is preferred.
