Job Description

We are currently seeking a logistics coordinator / customer service for a global supply chain company in San Rafael, CA.

Position: Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service

Industry: Supply Chain

Location: San Rafael, CA

Languages: English (Spanish is a plus)

Pay: $22/hr - $25/hr (Depending on your experience)

Status: Full time + Benefits

Duties

  • Customer Service / Handle customers’ inquiries by phone and email
  • Coordinate logistics and import/export documentations
  • Arrange shipments based on the client request.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Occasional business trip

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Experience in logistics/supply chain or international environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Computer literate
  • Spanish language skill is a big plus

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter, and dedicated. At least 1-2 years of Customer Service experience and/or logistics coordinator experience is preferred.
