Job Description
Our client, a Japanese Travel Agency in Boulder, CO is currently searching for a Japanese Bilingual Sales Support Administrator. The candidate must be bilingual in English and Japanese, and ideally has experience living/working in Japan along with experience providing administrative support in an office environment.

Title: Sales Support Administrator

Location: Boulder, CO

Salary: $32k plus annual bonus (evaluated by performance)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 20 days of PTO, 401k (with company matching)

Qualifications:

  • - Fluency in Japanese and English
  • - Experience living/working in Japan
  • - 1-2+ years of experience providing administrative support in an office environment
  • - Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Job Duties

  • - Assisting Travel Consultants with research and translation required
  • - Being the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, responding to any customer inquiries (in Japanese and in English), etc.
  • - Confirming arrangements for clients by phone call/online/email
  • - Purchasing tickets, shipping sales materials and travel packages for clients
  • - Any other administrative tasks requested by Office Manager or Branch Manager
