Job Description

Currently we are seeking candidates for Japanese Manufacturing Corporation. The company is now looking for a Sales Assistant / Office Assistant in San Jose, CA. Japanese bilingual skill is MUST. This is Entry level to Mid level position.

  • Support sales activities and provide customer service
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Arrange shipment and maintain inventory
  • Prepare for client deliveries ensuring all merchandise has proper paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Excellent Communication skill in both English and Japanese (Speak, read, and write)
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality and time management skills
  • Good communication skills and customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, flexibility and adaptability
  • Attention to detail
  • Occasional over time and overnight assignments may be required
  • Computer skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
