Job Description
Currently we are seeking candidates for Japanese Manufacturing Corporation. The company is now looking for a Sales Assistant / Office Assistant in San Jose, CA. Japanese bilingual skill is MUST. This is Entry level to Mid level position.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support sales activities and provide customer service
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Arrange shipment and maintain inventory
- Prepare for client deliveries ensuring all merchandise has proper paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
- Excellent Communication skill in both English and Japanese (Speak, read, and write)
- Excellent attendance and punctuality and time management skills
- Good communication skills and customer service
- Ability to multi-task, flexibility and adaptability
- Attention to detail
- Occasional over time and overnight assignments may be required
- Computer skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
