Job Description

Our client, a Japanese food distributor, is currently searching for an Administrative & Sales Assistant for their operations in Union City/Hayward/ East Bay, CA . The ideal candidate would be bilingual in both Japanese and English, and have 1-2 years of office related work experience.

Position: Administrative/ Sales Assistant

Industry: Food Manufacturing

Location: Union City/Hayward/ East Bay, CA

Languages: Japanese and English a MUST

Pay: $17-20/hr (Depending on your experience)

Status: Full time

Duties

  • Manage sales orders and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping/delivery and ensure the delivery
  • Communicate with customers via email and/ or phone call
  • Check, manage inventory level, and report if there is any issue
  • Create documentations and input data into system

Qualifications

  • Japanese Language skills
  • Experience on sales support or assistant for at least 1 year
  • Experience/knowledge on customer service and logistics / supply chain
  • Great communication skill will be invaluable
  • Computer skills
