Job Description We are currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual Regional Sales Manager for Textil/Fashion industry in NY area.
- Manages territories’ accounts conditions. Negotiates contract terms.
- Applies strategic and critical approaches for all regional accounts to increase sales opportunities.
- Ensures to expand account’s revenues to achieve set annual goals.
- Supervises assigned territories sales activities. Assists the sales team as needed.
- Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly regional sales goals.
- Reports to the Sales Manager on the weekly account progress of the team.
- Reports all internal issues of assigned territory to Executive Director.
- Monitors, educates, and motivates subordinates to meet and exceed their personal and team goals.
- Reviews and manages subordinates’ performances. Communicates with Sales Manager for possible disciplinary actions.
- Bachelor degree.
- One to three years’ experience of a related position.
- Frequent local and infrequent regional travels are required.
- Must be computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Japanese language skill prefered.
