Japanese Bilingual Office Manager for a gaming company

Job Description

We are currently seeking an office manager who can be proactively involved in maintaining office operations. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience in office management, payroll and HR benefits tasks.

Position: Office Manager

Industry: Gaming/ VR

Location: San Francisco, CA / San Francisco Bay Area

Languages: English a MUST, Japanese is a plus

Pay: $70k - $75k (Depending on your experience)

Status: Full time + Excellent benefits

Duties

  • Proactively provide efficient and detailed support to GM and VP in scheduling, travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, event shows, etc.
  • Handle HR benefits enrollments, on-boarding process for new hires, recruiting process and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage day-today operations including office management
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of office management, executive assistant duties, or administrative duties required
  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in equivalent field is preferred
  • Experience in Payroll system is required
  • Japanese and English bilingual skill is preferred
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, team player
  • Interests in gaming industry is a plus
