Job Description
We are currently seeking an office manager who can be proactively involved in maintaining office operations. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience in office management, payroll and HR benefits tasks.
Position: Office Manager
Industry: Gaming/ VR
Location: San Francisco, CA / San Francisco Bay Area
Languages: English a MUST, Japanese is a plus
Pay: $70k - $75k (Depending on your experience)
Status: Full time + Excellent benefits
Duties
- Proactively provide efficient and detailed support to GM and VP in scheduling, travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, event shows, etc.
- Handle HR benefits enrollments, on-boarding process for new hires, recruiting process and scheduling interviews.
- Manage day-today operations including office management
- Perform general administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of office management, executive assistant duties, or administrative duties required
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in equivalent field is preferred
- Experience in Payroll system is required
- Japanese and English bilingual skill is preferred
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, team player
- Interests in gaming industry is a plus
