Job Description
We are currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual IT Help Desk Support for a Japanese Manufacturing Company in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have general IT knowledge and customer service skills. Entry welcome. Any experience in customer facing job is a plus!
Position: IT Help Desk Support
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: San Jose, CA / San Francisco Bay Area
Languages: English is a MUST/ Japanese is a plus
Pay: $55k-70k (Depending on your experience)
Status: Full time + Excellent benefits
Duties
- Set up IT systems/ computers for new hires
- Provide technical support / assistance for incoming inquiries within the company
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Determine the solution based on the details provided
- Respond to queries either in person or by phone
Qualifications
- Must speak fluent English/ Japanese language skill is a plus but not required
- Must have excellent communication skills in writing and verbal.
- Knowledge of IT systems, products and services are preferred
- Highly organized skill and detail-oriented personality.
