We are currently seeking Japanese and English Bilingual Insurance and Administrative Customer Service specialist for Japanese insurance company! The ideal candidate will have a few years of work experience in customer service with Japanese skill!

Pay: $40k - $55k (Depending on your experience)

Job description

  • Provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to staff members.
  • Resolves customer service issues appropriately and competently.
  • Audits and approves all necessary paperwork.
  • conducts an informed case analysis to address claim entitlements of insurance.
  • Responsible for completion and/ or submission of claim forms and reports as required.
  • Other administrative tasks are required.

Qualifications

  • Professional appearance
  • Solid office assistant and customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills both English and Japanese.
  • Ability to make timely decisions under challenging circumstances
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree from four year college or university.
