Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales Coordinator

Japanese Affiliated Distributor of Tooling Solutions, Industrial supplies, and Steel Parts is actively seeking a Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales Coordinator to assist their operations.

Company Size: ~10 Full Time Staff onsite

Location: Lexington, Kentucky

Title: Inside Sales Coordinator

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Some O/T)

Qualifications:

• Ability to read/write/speak at or near Business Level
• Prior experience in similar field (Engineering, production, manufacturing, OEM, Tooling, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with the willingness and ability to wear many hats

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the business development and account maintenance cycle
• Provide customer service and general troubleshooting to clients that need assistance
• Work with Japanese expatriates to ensure smooth operations for the US
• Negotiate agreements between vendors to ensure maximum profitability
• Assist with other duties as deemed necessary for overall smooth operations
