We are currently seeking a IT Specialist to join Japanese Automotive Manufacturer!

Position: Information System Specialist

Industry: Automotive

Location: Schaumberg IL

Languages: Japanese and English a MUST

Pay: $50k - $60k (Depending on your experience)

Status: Full time + Excellent benefits

Duties

• Install, documents and test software and hardware upgrades.
• Responds to queries via chat, email, or phone
• Trains other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
• Writes, edits, and revises training manuals for new and updated software and hardware.
• Provides technical assistance for questions and problems.
• Safeguards assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer Science or related field.
• Japanese and English language proficiency at the business level is a MUST
• Two or more years of experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing PC problems, network repairs and analysis and customer service.
• Experience supporting employees in a bilingual corporate office environment.
