Job Description:

We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator for a Cloud Service Company in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a team-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Position: HR Coordinator

Industry: Japanese Startup Company

Location: Downtown San Francisco, CA

Languages: English and Japanese must have reading and writing skills.

Pay: $50K-80k (Depending on your experience) + Excellent benefits

Status: Full time

Duties

  • Provide administrative process with the HR and completing necessary employee documents.
  • Organize and update employee record (hard/soft copies)
  • Manage employee documentation and reports personnel activities e.g. recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and more.
  • Coordinate HR projects e.g. meeting, training, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent organization and strong communication skills.
  • Must be a quick learner and high knowledge of IT skills plus.
  • Be able to work independently and stay calm even in the stressful situation.
  • Passion for working in a team at Startup Company.
  • English and Japanese must have reading and writing skills.
