We are currently seeking a Japanese & English Bilingual HR Administrator for a Chemical Manufacturing in the Houston, TX area! The ideal candidate will have working experience in various HR functions (onboarding, payroll, etc.) in a local, state, and federal level, as well be a key member to bring in productivity within the company!

Languages: Japanese (Business to Native) AND English (Business to Native)
Pay: $60k - $70k (Depending on your experience)
Status: Full time + Benefits
- Assist HR Specialist in onboarding potential employees and talent to the company
- Apply solid understanding and knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures and processes to respond accordingly
- Ensure all the compliance with local (Houston), state (Texas) and federal regulations.
- Support with payroll for all current employees.
- Administrative tasks such as general office maintenance, answering phone calls, etc. when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- 3~5 years of general HR experience
- Japanese and English language proficiency at the business level is a MUST
- Openness to participate in administrative functions
- Exceptional communication is highly desired
- Prior experience working in a Japanese company is a plus
