Japanese Bilingual Head of Sales

Job Description

This position manages all sales activities for domestic products to achieve the company's growth goals. This position is responsible for making important organizational decisions, leading the sales team, increasing the frequency of purchases to target shoppers, expanding sales channels to U.S. markets, and improving the accuracy of sales forecasts.

Position: Head of Sales

Industry: Food/Manufacturer

Location: Irvine, CA/Orange County

Languages: Japanese (read/write) is a must

Pay: Up to $150K (DOE)

Status: Full time + Excellent benefits

Duties

  • Develop effective business strategies in sales that includes strategies for Channel, products, organization, pricing
  • Develop sales projection that is required for production plan in factories
  • Work closely with the investment department to develop pricing strategies that maximize customer profit and market share
  • Improve sales forecast accuracy to improve efficiency in inventory & to minimize dead stock with Supply Chain Management
  • Develop effective marketing and sales strategies for organizations, products and services (in collaboration with Marketing Department)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred
  • Strong human network with US account buyers or brokers
  • Excellent coaching and coaching skills to motivate and demonstrate the team
  • Capability of understanding Japanese , and be able to complete documents in Japanese
