Japanese Bilingual Expatriate Relations Assistant Manager
Major Japanese Affiliated Manufacturer of Automotive Parts and OEM Components is actively seeking to hire individuals with experience in International Expatriate Relations (HR)

Position: Expatriate Relations Specialist
Division: Expatriate Relations
Working Hours: 7AM-3:30PM (EST) + O/T (Position requires communication with Japanese HQ)
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese (Reading/Writing/Speaking
- Experience working within Japanese corporate culture
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Expatriate management, administration, and support
- Willing to travel domestically in USA (MI, TX, NC, CA, DC) and Internationally (Japan)
- Background in HR (Benefits, payroll, employee relations, etc.) require
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR matters for the expatriates workforce throughout the US (~130+ Members)
- Management of payroll, benefits, visas, relocation coordination, policy administration, and other factors related to general employee relations
- Work with HR division at both Parent Company (Japan) and domestic offices (US) to ensure smooth operations, communications, reports, and exchange of information
