We are currently seeking a customer service oriented Japanese and English Bilingual candidate for a well established retail company. The group works with an e-commerce platform for various Japanese related products: Books, Manga, Anime, Media, and gifts. The ideal candidate will have customer support experience and great communication skills.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Torrance, CA
Languages: Japanese and English a MUST
Pay: $40k - $55k (Depending on your experience)
Status: Full time + Excellent benefits
- Customer support: Respond to questions and inquiries from customers over the phone, email and web communication sites.
- Coordinate merchandise modifications: cancellations, exchanges, and returns for vouchers or credit.
- Handles complaints and escalations by explaining store policies with an appropriate solution.
- Place order and process subscriptions through phone, email and online channels.
- Process invoices and coordinate with logistics teams and various stores.
- Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred
- Japanese and English language proficiency at the business level is a MUST
- Exceptional communication and networking skills is highly desired
