Currently our client, a Japanese Insurance company is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Account Representative in Cincinnati, OH

Position: Japanese Bilingual Account Representative

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary: $45-55K (DOE)

Status: Full time with benefits

Duties

• Learning and understanding company insurance products.
• Answering calls and responding to customer complaints.
• Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
• Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Knowledge of the Applied Agency Management System is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual Japanese/English
