Japanese Bilingual Account Manager

Our client, a Japanese Semiconductor/Raw Material/Chemical company, is looking for a qualified Account Manager to support the Sales of the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in both Japanese and English, and have direct Sales experience for Semiconductor or Raw Chemical material related companies.

Position: Account Manager

Industry: Semiconductor & Chemical Materials manufacturer

Location: Hillsboro, OR / Portland , OR

Languages: Japanese and English a MUST

Pay: $65-80k DOE plus benefits and profit sharing

Status: Full time + Excellent benefits

Duties

• Supporting the business development Manager and team in carrying out the sales goals
• Working with customers to determine product needs
• Work with materials planner to forecast accurate amount of monthly supply
• Account managing and providing great service to already existing accounts and potentially new accounts
• Coordinate activities with internal department from ordering to manufacturing to delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) Required. MBA or MS is a plus
• 2+ years of direct sales experience in the semiconductor industry
• Engineering experience within the semiconductor or semiconductor materials or equipment supplier a big plus
• Japanese and English bilingual skills required
