Job Description
We are currently seeking an Information Technology Service Desk/Administrative Assistant for a Cloud Service Company in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a team-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Position: IT Service Desk/Admin Assistant
Industry: Japanese Cloud Service Company
Location: Downtown San Francisco, CA
Languages: English and Japanese must read and write
Pay: $40K-50K (Depending on your experience) + Excellent benefits
Status: Full time
Duties
- Support internal Information System.
- Operate the in-house system according to the employee such as rent equipment, return procedures, setting up setting up personal computers, create material and more.
- Manage in-house user contact such as IT general inquiry and Device management such as device setup or troubleshooting and more
Qualifications:
- Helpdesk and system engineer experiences plus.
- Knowledge of Window/Mac/iPhone/Android kitting and management.
- Office 365 management experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, Business English, Creative Writing
