Position: Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Remote, (Office El Segundo) CA
Languages: English and Japanese
- Develop prospect clients through various channels, events, cold/warm calling, and networking.
- Support and provide client support through phone, email, field visits.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive outreach strategies, messaging for new campaigns and search for new leads.
- Learn and master sales skills to close appointments, support preparations for seminars, webinars, and conferences.
- Maintain database, sales procedures, processes,and MA & CRM
- Japanese/English bilingual skill is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Professionalism, strong self-discipline and extremely organized.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new strategies and changes.
- Knowledge of SFA & MA Tools such as Hubspot and SFDC is preferred.
- Sense of humor and strong work ethic.
