Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant for our client, a Japanese Food Wholesaler. They are looking ideally for either a Japanese, or Korean, or Chinese (Mandarin) bilingual candidate.

  • Title: Sales Assistant
  • Location: Brisbane, CA
  • Salary: $15/hr
  • Type: Full Time, Direct Hire
  • Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of High School Degree / GED
  • 1-2 years of food industry experience preferred
  • Bilingual in either Korean/English, Mandarin/English, or Japanese/English.

Job Duties:

  • In charge of making sure that every customer, client, and vendor are receiving outstanding customer service. Provide them with a friendly environment while assisting them in any needs.
  • Able to show knowledge of company products to customer
  • Respond to customer inquiries, assist them by phone/email/mail regarding order information such as price, inventory, and shipping dates
  • Checking inventory to ensure warehouse is fully stocked
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
