We are currently seeking an Employee Benefit Account Manager for a Japanese Insurance Company to join their team in the Schaumburg, IL area.

Responsibilities
- Manage your own assigned book of business for renewal process
- Answers customers' questions regarding products, rates, availability, uses, delivery and other related inquiries
- Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals as needed and in coordination with Account Executive, Account Representatives, and Customer Service Representatives according to Company’s procedures.
- Verifies policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.
- Perform client consultation and identify and implement comprehensive strategies and execution plans to address the needs of clients.
Qualifications
- College education with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Customer service experience in a similar or comparable work environment
- Employee benefit experience who can manage account
