Job Description

We are currently seeking a candidate who has 3-5 years experience in logistics, supply chain! The ideal candidate would have a strong communication skill, computer skills such as Excel and deep knowledge of logistics!

Position: Customer Support Specialist

Industry: Food Trading company

Location: San Francisco, CA / San Francisco Bay Area

Languages: English a MUST, Japanese is a plus, but not required

Pay: $55k-60k (Depending on your experience)

Status: Full time + Excellent benefits

Duties

  • Process incoming orders and enter data into the system
  • Communicate and arrange company branches, warehouse, carrier, and etc.
  • Prepare product distribution documents
  • Resolve any issues with vendors, transportation when arise
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, trading or manufacturing is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • AA degree or above is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented and fast thinker
  • Strong analytical skill is preferred
