Job Description
We are currently seeking a candidate who has 3-5 years experience in logistics, supply chain! The ideal candidate would have a strong communication skill, computer skills such as Excel and deep knowledge of logistics!
Position: Customer Support Specialist
Industry: Food Trading company
Location: San Francisco, CA / San Francisco Bay Area
Languages: English a MUST, Japanese is a plus, but not required
Pay: $55k-60k (Depending on your experience)
Status: Full time + Excellent benefits
Duties
- Process incoming orders and enter data into the system
- Communicate and arrange company branches, warehouse, carrier, and etc.
- Prepare product distribution documents
- Resolve any issues with vendors, transportation when arise
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, trading or manufacturing is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
- AA degree or above is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented and fast thinker
- Strong analytical skill is preferred
