Cargo Agent / Customer Service - Entry level

Position: Cargo Agent / Customer Service

Industry: International Airline company

Location: San Francisco Airport/SFO, CA

Pay: $19-20/hr DOE with benefits

Status: Full time + benefits

Duties:

  • Oversee the loading, unloading, and security of cargo consistent with regulations.
  • Troubleshoot problems and ensure efficient cargo delivery.
  • Monitor and record inventories and track all inbound/outbound cargo.
  • Perform general administrative duties

Qualification:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary
  • Japanese language skill is a plus but not necessary.
