Assistant Accounting Manager

Job Description

A globally well-established Automotive Supplier is seeking an Assistant Accountant Manager. Min of 3 years of Accounting experience is required. Bilingual in Chinese language is also required.

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
  • Min of 3 years of Accounting, especially Accounts Payable and General Ledger
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, Oracle experience will be a plus but not required
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (including reading and writing)
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
