We are currently seeking a diligent Application Engineer for an established Japanese Semiconductor Test products company to join their team in the Santa Clara area! The ideal candidate will have experience with probe cards, electrical engineering and semiconductor test industry.

• Position: Application Engineer
• Industry: Semiconductor Test
• Location: Santa Clara, CA
• Status: Full time + benefits
• Pay: $75k-$100k (Depending on your experience)
  

Duties of an Application Engineer:

• Provide installation/startup support for new products to customers
• Provide maintenance/process development support on existing products
• Provide technical information of products supporting sales force and customers
• Manage multiple projects which include data gathering, documentation verification and assisting with interpretation of data between customers, factory and support vendors

Qualifications of an Application Engineer:

• Electrical Engineer with semiconductor test experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Wafer Prober or Semiconductor Test Platform
• Ability to understand schematics and technical drawings
• Experience working within a clean room environment
• Possess good problem-solving skills
• Good team player, able to work successfully within all levels of an organization
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficient PC skills
