JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a Japanese Media is looking for Account Executive in their office in NYC

Responsibilities
Increase magazine’s corporate subscription contracts in the United States
- Research prospecting market and contact potential budget holders & decision makers • Gather testimonial/evidence for proposals
- Reach out to prospects leads through cold calling and e-mailing
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the clients’ dedication and increase retention
- Monitor existing customers and answer any inquires and requests as needed
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Analyze current sales strategy and make recommendation to management for improvement
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Present information about company offerings during trade shows or other large events to potential customers
- Carry out account mapping research to identify new contacts and opportunities for cross-sell with other departments as well as our external partner
- Support the vice president of the department
- Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers
- Enter receivables data using accounting software, and issue payment vouchers
Educational and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two to three years or more of professional related experience in marketing and sales, or a related field or any equivalent combination of education, experience.
- Japanese language highly desirable
