Account Executive / Account Manager for a global Japanese Company

Job Description

Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is looking for a sales person who can work with clients in the Electronics industry. Our client is looking for an Account Executive / Account Manager to add to their team in Kirkland, WA.

Position: Account Executive / Account Manager

Industry: Manufacturing/Electronics/Electric

Location: Kirkland, WA / Seattle Area

Languages: English. Japanese is a plus

Pay: $70k - $90k (Depending on your experience)

Status: Full time + Benefits

Duties

• Travel through assigned territory to meet with existing and prospective customers (25-30% Domestic & International travel)
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts. Some research and on new business as well as business development
• Inform customers of prices, shipping dates, delays, and any additional information needed
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person
• Solicits potential customers and makes presentation of company to showcase company products
  

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• 2+ years of sales work experience, preferably manufacturing industry (selling or managing an account with Microsoft or gaming company is a huge plus)
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Great communication skills in English. Japanese language (beginner to business level) or experience working for a Japanese company is a plus.
