Responsibilities
- • Monitor and manage all financial transactions.
- • Ensure accurate cost estimations and revenue recognition in compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
- • Prepare and maintain financial reports, variance analysis, and rolling projections for executive review.
- • Develop and update Excel-based financial schedules and managerial reports
- • Prepare and review journal entries, offset entries, quarterly accruals, and accrual reversals.
- • Conduct monthly general ledger and expense account reviews, ensuring proper classifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
- • 5-8 years of experience in general and cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or construction project environment.
- • Fluency in Japanese is required to support communication with global teams.
- • In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
- • Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
- • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
