Responsibilities

  • • Monitor and manage all financial transactions.
  • • Ensure accurate cost estimations and revenue recognition in compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
  • • Prepare and maintain financial reports, variance analysis, and rolling projections for executive review.
  • • Develop and update Excel-based financial schedules and managerial reports
  • • Prepare and review journal entries, offset entries, quarterly accruals, and accrual reversals.
  • • Conduct monthly general ledger and expense account reviews, ensuring proper classifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • • 5-8 years of experience in general and cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or construction project environment.
  • • Fluency in Japanese is required to support communication with global teams.
  • • In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
  • • Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
  • • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Job Description:
