Japanese bilingual Sales Engineer Associate - Full Remote (must reside in IL, MI or TX)

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team in helping prospects and partners understand what is possible on the company platform
• Understanding business requirements and communicate the value of solving business problems using cloud technology
• Building and delivering proofs of concept (POCs) to prospects or customers with sophisticated use cases, collaborating with other sales engineering and system consulting team members as needed
• Estimating a scope of work to use when creating custom pricing
• Preparing specification documents to pass implementation details on to system consulting team

Qualifications

• Business-level Japanese language proficiency is mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience in front-end web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with APIs (particularly RESTful API)
• A deep passion to serve the customer, and customer-facing experience in doing so.
• Fabulous communicator, great team player, engaged citizen
