Japanese Bilingual Travel Agent (Remote) - New York, NY

Responsibilities

• Manage client reservations and ticketing, including all travel services such as airfare, accommodations, car rentals, airport parking, and visa assistance.
• Resolve flight-related issues (e.g., delays or schedule changes) to ensure customer satisfaction and handle invoices, refunds, and no-show charges.
• Gather accurate information from sources like websites and GDS to meet customer needs and provide top-notch service.
• Support clerical tasks, assist with vendor communication, and foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Japanese/ English Bilingual
• A minimum of two years of experience in Travel industries
