Responsibilities
- · Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- · Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- · Manage executives’ calendars and set up meeting
- · Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- · Schedules meetings based on staff and room availability
- · Keep up with office supply inventory
- · Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Qualifications
- · Excellent communicator both in English and Japanese (read/write/ speak)
- · 3 or more years of experience in administrative roles required
- · Excellent MS Office knowledge is big plus
- · Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- · Multitasker. Work independently with minimal supervision
- · Work experience in Japanese oriented company highly preferred
