Responsibilities

  • · Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • · Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • · Manage executives’ calendars and set up meeting
  • · Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • · Schedules meetings based on staff and room availability
  • · Keep up with office supply inventory
  • · Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

Qualifications

  • · Excellent communicator both in English and Japanese (read/write/ speak)
  • · 3 or more years of experience in administrative roles required
  • · Excellent MS Office knowledge is big plus
  • · Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • · Multitasker. Work independently with minimal supervision
  • · Work experience in Japanese oriented company highly preferred
