Corporate Banking Marketing Officer (Japanese Bilingual) - Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily corporate banking operations
• Maintain relationship and accounts with business clients
• Help develop new business such as commercial loan, deposit, transaction banking, foreign exchange, and derivative
• Negotiate terms and conditions with business clients for maximizing profitability
• Support Relations Managers by acting as liaison to several internal parties
• Participate in various projects
• Perform all duties related to compliance matters as required by management
• Perform and coordinate other duties and projects as assigned by Department Head, Team Manager or Relationship Managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance / Economics required.
• 1 year of professional experience; banking experience in U.S. and international market is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong financial aptitude and broad analytical ability. Excellent oral and written communications skills including excellent business writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Knowledge of domestic and foreign financial markets and products, including non-banking financial institutions, is preferred
• Bilingual in Japanese and English is required
