Location: South Bay, CA
Salary: $40,000~60,000 (DOE)
Work Hours: Monday~Friday, 9AM~6PM
1. Manage BPO Services which includes call center, cloud system and other services
2. Maintain and monitor existing partnerships, identify new partnerships and creatively think about and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
3. Manage contract negotiations, create Statement of Work and Master Service Agreements.
4. Participate in the hiring and training process of service staff
At least 3 years of experience in IT/E-commerce Service Industry
Project Management experience
Japanese/English Bilingual Language Skills
